Nanni and Poppi's Place has only two private rooms — and that's by design. We never take on more than two residents at a time, so every resident receives genuine one-on-one care, tailored entirely to their own individual needs. Your loved one is never sharing a caregiver's time and focus among a facility's worth of residents — every meal, every care task, every check-in is personal and unhurried.
Base Rate — Room & Board
Every resident has their own private room — three home-cooked meals plus snacks daily, laundry, housekeeping, utilities, and access to shared living spaces are included.
Private Room — Ensuite
Larger room, own private ensuite bath and large walk-in closet

Private Room — Shared Bath
Own private room, shares a bathroom with the other resident

Levels of Care (Add-On to Base Rate)
Every care plan is built around the individual resident, not a fixed package. Level is determined by an in-home assessment and reviewed regularly as needs change.
Level 1 — Companion
Supervision, medication reminders, social engagement, light mobility assistance

Level 2 — Personal Care
Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and mobility

Level 3 — Enhanced Care
Full ADL support plus medication administration and higher-frequency health monitoring

Notes
- Rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on care needs identified during quarterly reassessments.
- A written care plan and rate agreement will be provided before move-in.
- A 30-day written notice is required to change or terminate services.
